Interior painting Mississauga homeowners trust — for houses, condos, and townhomes across the city. Per-sq-ft pricing, a written warranty, and no travel fees anywhere in Mississauga. Home turf. Mississauga walls run from $2.35 per square foot of floor area, and the smallest project is $750, before HST.

This is the home page for our rate card, and it is the shortest drive we make. Four packages, one rate each, quoted per square foot of floor area — floor, not wall, which is the number you can check with a tape measure.
| Package | What is painted | Materials | Warranty | Per sq ft of floor area |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fresh Start | Walls, two coats | Contractor-grade | 2 years | $2.35–2.75 |
| Full Refresh | Walls and ceilings, in dedicated ceiling paint | Mid-grade | 2 years | $3.30–3.70 |
| Complete Home ⭐ most chosen | Walls, ceilings, baseboards and window casings | Mid-grade | 2 years | $4.60–5.10 |
| Signature Finish | All of the above, with enhanced preparation and high-detail work | Premium-grade | 2 years | from $5.50 |
Lower end: vacant home, standard 8' ceilings, light/similar colours, normal condition. Upper end: occupied home, 9'+ ceilings, stronger colour changes, additional cutting/preparation.
Doors with frames, both sides — $150–225 each, any package. Doors sit outside all four packages and are counted per door, because a house with fifteen of them is a different job from a house with five.
2-year workmanship warranty on every package — the same two years whether you book walls only or the whole interior. Materials are specified by grade rather than by brand; the exact product and the colour codes go on the written specification before anyone opens a can.
Minimum project in Mississauga: $750. There is no travel line on the invoice and there never will be: the rates above are the same everywhere we work, and the minimum is the one thing distance changes.
Mississauga went up in waves, and the wave shows inside the houses: post-war bungalows in the older pockets, then the eighties subdivisions, then the tower stock along the lakeshore and around the city centre. A bungalow with 8' ceilings and a downtown condo with a two-storey window wall sit at opposite ends of the same range, which is why the range exists at all. Being based here also means the walkthrough does not involve a long drive or a waiting list.
Everything above is the published rate, not an opening position. If your home pushes the upper end — occupied, taller ceilings, a strong colour change — you hear that at the walkthrough, before you decide.
Three sizes that come up constantly here, worked straight off the rates above:
Each of those is the published rate multiplied by the floor area, which is why every one is a range rather than a single number — you can repeat the arithmetic yourself. Doors are counted on top, at $150–225 each, and the figures are before HST.
The full rate card, the room-by-room table and the whole-home arithmetic live on our interior painting page, and the reasoning behind every figure is set out in what interior painting costs in Ontario. Next door: painting in Brampton and Oakville interior painters.
Mississauga is our home base. The business operates out of the city, so most jobs here are a short drive — and there's no travel surcharge for any address inside Mississauga. Our Mississauga interior home painting services cover detached homes, semis, townhomes, and condos: a single bedroom, a few rooms, or a full repaint before you list or move in.
This page covers what's specific to painting in Mississauga: the local housing types, building access, and what a project costs here. For the full process, paint brands, and warranty terms, see our interior painting service page. As an interior painting company in Mississauga, ON, we work from three service tiers and one published price list, so you see the cost before any work starts.
Interior house painting in Mississauga — especially lakeside homes in Lorne Park and Mineola — usually means higher ceilings and more careful prep. We quote yours after seeing the space — never a number guessed over the phone.
Because the business is local, the in-person walkthrough is usually same-week — no lead time spent travelling in from another city. You also pay no travel fee anywhere inside Mississauga.
A large part of interior painting in Mississauga, ON happens in condos near Square One, along Hurontario, and in Port Credit. We file the certificate of insurance with management and book the elevator in advance, so the job isn't held up at the door.
Pre-1980 houses in Applewood, Malton, and Cooksville often have plaster instead of drywall, plus lath-and-plaster ceilings that crack along seams. We test and prep older trim coatings properly rather than sanding blindly — standard care, not an extra.
In Lisgar, Churchill Meadows, and East Credit, the original finish is usually a thin builder-grade flat. Repainting in a washable mid-tier or premium product is the change most owners notice every day.
Most of Mississauga was built in one long wave between the late 1970s and the early 2000s, and that wave left a signature inside the houses. Walk into a two-storey in Meadowvale, Erin Mills or Churchill Meadows and you will find the same three things: a stippled or "popcorn" ceiling in nearly every room, an open two-storey foyer with a stairwell wall that goes up eighteen feet, and trim that was sprayed once with a thin oil enamel and never touched again. Each of those decides how a repaint is planned before a colour is even discussed.
The ceilings come first because they cannot be ignored. Stipple drinks paint, needs a thick-nap roller, and shows every lap line if it is rolled dry, so it is painted as its own step with its own product. Some owners keep it and repaint it; more each year ask to have it skimmed or removed, which turns a painting job into a ceiling job before the painting starts. The foyer is the second decision: a wall that tall is not ladder work, it is a plank or a small scaffold, and a stairwell gets cut in from a platform rather than balanced from a step. The third is the trim. Thirty-year-old oil enamel is hard and slick, and a fresh coat only holds on it after a proper scuff sand and a bonding primer.
The older west and east ends — Lakeview, Cooksville, Malton, Applewood — behave differently: plaster instead of drywall, smaller rooms, more windows to cut around. And the newer condos in Port Credit and around City Centre bring the tower rules that apply anywhere: an elevator booked in advance, weekday hours, and a certificate of insurance on file with management.
Because we are based in the city, none of this involves a long drive or a waiting list. A walkthrough is usually the same week, and the quote is priced on the floor area of the rooms — the stairwell, the ceilings and the trim are lines you can see, not surprises in the invoice.
Our interior painting service in Mississauga, ON follows the same five steps on every job: walkthrough and quote, surface preparation, priming, two coats, and a final cleanup and walkthrough. We protect floors and furniture, prep before we paint, and leave the space clean. Because we're local, we usually book the walkthrough within the same week — and you get a firm written quote within 48 hours. If you want residential interior painting in Mississauga with a clear schedule and a firm price, the full step-by-step process is on our interior painting service page.
The same three tiers and per-square-foot rates cover the neighbouring towns — interior painting in Oakville, Brampton and Milton — with no travel fee. What each tier includes is on our interior painting page; what a room or a whole house costs is in our guide to interior painting cost in Ontario, and the ceilings-and-trim question is answered in painting trim, doors and ceilings.
We visit, measure, listen. Written estimate within 48 hours. Anything that changes the price is agreed before work starts, never added afterwards — and there are no travel fees in Mississauga.
